1.4 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Content following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

Your payment information is not stored on our servers and we do not have access to this information - we will only ever use your financial information to make payments to yourself, CaptureOurWedding.com make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct however pricing for services on this site are provided by individual service providers and therefore should be checked for accuracy by the service providers themselves before completing their profile. However, if an error in the pricing of a service is found, your supplier reserves the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you to the supplier (as applicable). The processing of a service can be cancelled or corrected by your supplier at anytime up to the date of your selected service, however if a supplier cancels their services more than three times to separate cases the supplier will be removed from CaptureOurWedding.com. We reserve the right to alter the percentage
1.4% + 20p will be charged for each transaction. This goes to our payment gateway stripe and CaptureOurWedding don't hold any of this money.
CaptureOurWedding take a 1.5% fee of the total amount out of the first deposit payment. All remaining payments go to the supplier.
11. Discrepancies And Complaints
11.1 CaptureOurWedding.com are a third party comparison site and cannot be held liable for any complaints or discrepancies you face with a suppliers service, once a transaction is made to a supplier any legal contracts or requirements are between the couple and supplier.
11.2 CaptureOurWedding.com will not be held liable for suppliers that do not attend shoots they have been fully paid for, any such discrepancies should be taken up with the supplier directly and the couple should seek information prior to their wedding day in regard to insurance and legal contracts between themselves and the supplier.
12. Law If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. 12. Community policy

By becoming a supplier on CaptureOruWedding.com, you agree to abide by our terms and policies, including our Terms of Service, which we reserve the right to enforce at our sole discretion. In the event of repeated or severe violations, we may suspend or permanently deactivate a suppliers account.
In order to protect our community and business, the following behaviours are prohibited:
- Taking couples off the CaptureOurWedding.com platform for new, partial or future bookings
- Contacting potential couples prior to booking on CaptureOurWedding.com to move the booking off CaptureOurWedding.com (e.g. offering discounts to book off CaptureOurWedding.com)
- Asking couples to fill in forms, or call, email, or otherwise contact you via a non-CapturerOurWedding.com communications service prior to accepting booking requests
- Cancelling existing full or partial bookings and having couples rebook off CaptureOurWedding.com
- Asking or encouraging couples to book outside of CaptureOurWedding.com for repeat or future bookings
- Using contact information provided by CaptureOurWedding.com for other purposes that violate our Terms of Service
Exceptions
- After accepting a booking, you may ask a guest to confirm that the contact information provided by CaptureOurWedding.com is an appropriate way to get in touch as an alternative means of communication after booking.
- You may use an alternative means of communicating with a guest if requested by a guest after booking (e.g. chat app). However, you must ensure such communications comply with the other requirements of this policy.
